My duchesses! If you don’t already know this about me, allow me to tell you — I love me a good deal.
And while Kate and Meghan do often do me a solid by shopping their favorite High Street stores — for instance, Kate’s velvet hair bow and Meghan’s navy-and-blue wrap coat were both from J.Crew *chef’s kiss* — their ensembles don’t always fall into the “affordable” category.
Which obviously makes my wallet, considerably less royal, very sad.
But! I have found that, as the ladies’ styles are endlessly inspiring to a very long list of us, if you wait very patiently, you may just find pieces so similar to the original wears, you’ll think you’re looking at the actual piece.
The only difference? The dupe won’t break the bank!
(Something, I think, that we can all be royally grateful for. *prayer hands*)
